Al Hleileh is Co-Founder and CEO of Civic Marketplace, he is a seasoned data and technology executive with over a decade of experience in delivering impactful solutions for social and economic development. Al is on a mission to transform the way cities and citizens interact, collaborate, and solve problems. 

Prior to founding Civic Marketplace, Al was a Partner at Delivery Associates, a leading public sector consultancy, where he led technologists, data scientists, and product managers to deliver outcomes for agencies. During his tenure, Al spearheaded the design and implementation of data systems, platforms, and applications for governments and organizations, such as the Bloomberg funded Covid-19 City Data Management Track response, American Cities Climate Challenge, to improve their performance, transparency, and outcomes. He was also a key member of the executive leadership team and championed the company-wide efforts on data security, communication tools, and AI innovations.

Al is passionate about building effective teams, fostering a culture of learning and growth, and creating high-performance products that make a positive difference in the world. With his extensive experience and expertise, Al is dedicated to driving impactful change and improving the way cities and citizens interact and collaborate to solve pressing challenges. He received an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of the Stanford d-school and LeanLaunchpad.
